Naveen Patnaik all set to promise under oath as CM of Odisha for fifth time – Best In Odisha

On the recommendation of the Chief Minister Mr. Naveen Patnaik, Governor of Odisha, Prof. Ganeshi Lal designated 11 Cabinet ministers and 09 ministers of State on 28th may 2019, Tuesday. Therefore, the total strength of the Council of Ministers is 22 including the CM, which is within the 15% of the strength of the assembly as stipulated by the Sarkaria Commission. They will be sworn at 10.30 A.M. on 29th May 2019, Wednesday at Exhibition Ground, Unit-3,  Bhubaneswar.

The Chief minister and Biju Janata Dal party president Naveen Patnaik is going to take oath as Chief Minister of Odisha for the fifth time in a row. Mr. Patnaik was elected as the legislature party leader and would be the longest serving CM that India has ever seen.

“The new government will work hard for the State’s development”, Mr. Naveen Patnaik told to the journalists in an interview. Adding more to his context he said, “People often ask me what’s the secret of Biju Janata Dal (BJD)’s continuous success and always I tell them to remember these two points- Work for People and keep people in focus.” He gave the command to his legislators to work hard to respect the faith of people that they had bestowed on them.
